1. After completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment.
2. Your appointment will take place either in-person at our clinic based in St Helier or through our online telehealth service. For telehealth appointments, a secure video link will be emailed to you beforehand.
3. Our doctors will have access to your medical history with records of your condition and previous treatments. All you need to provide is a form of photographic ID.
4. You and your doctor will discuss your condition, symptoms and how it affects your daily life. From there, your doctor will work with you to find the best course of treatment. They will discuss with you what your medication will be, what it will look like, how to administer it and answer any questions you might have.
If you have answered yes to the above questions, you may be eligible for treatment with medicinal cannabis.
You don't need a referral from your GP in order to access the Carpathia Clinic, simply
book your consultation now to see if medical cannabis could be the right treatment pathway for you.
Fill in the online medical questionnaire as part of the booking process.
Use our online booking system to schedule either an in-person consultation in our Jersey clinic or a telehealth (secure online video call) appointment.
Payment will be requested at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.
Introductory Offer
Initial consultations are free for patients switching from another medical cannabis clinic.
Follow-Up Consultations are required after your initial consultation.
Once you and your doctor are satisfied with your treatment management plan, only one check-up is required every 3 months.
